Vaulta is designed to protect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
All content you create in Vaulta — recordings, notes, photos, and any associated data — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have servers. We do not collect, transmit, or store your data on any remote systems.
Nothing. Vaulta does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other data. The app functions entirely offline and does not communicate with any external service.
Vaulta does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no third-party SDKs that collect or transmit data.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions.
Features such as transcription and AI summaries are processed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks. No data leaves your device for these features.
All vault content is encrypted at rest on your device. Access to the vault is protected by the passcode you set. We cannot access your data because it never leaves your device.
Since all data stays on your device, you have full control. You can export, back up, or wipe your data at any time through the Settings screen in the app.
